Student Representative Election on Engineering Faculty Board |
 Student representatives are elected to put forward the views of students in every level of representation and to act generally as a channel of communication between the University administration and students. As stipulated by the Education Act of 1988, every Faculty board is to be made of the Dean of the Faculty (who chairs the meeting in the absence of the Rector), all the head of Departments within the Faculty and two student representatives.
On Thursday the 29th of November the election for one student representative on the board of our Faculty is going to be held at the Faculty Board room (next to May's office). The nominated candidates are Gingell Edward (2nd year Mechanical) and Portelli Charlie (2nd year Electrical).
